interested in how you guys go about drum work on the sp... iv been messing around
making beats in the field and have seperate samples on some pads and also loops iv made on the xl on others, what do you guys do?

trying to get the rite bounce o my drums has been a bitch on the sp, love this thing tho

i like to resample my main drum pattern...then set it to gate and loop...and then ill either add things to the main pattern w/ resample or keep my separate hits handy when I'm making my main beat and add some extra hits here in there when recording my chops w/ my drums.I never use the sequencer to quantize anything tho...but i do use it to record my beat just w/ quantize off and the pattern at 99 bars.Hope this helps

I use the isolator and reverb quite a bit. Re sample.
