also, I haven't rly gotten into the microwaves yet, so i'm thinking about starting the next one. i peeped the rules page, but I don't get the deference between spbb and spmb rly. can someone help me out?

i can't really see the difference between SPBB and microwave either.

also, seems like there's been more tie's since introducing multiple votes. maybe we should try sticking to 1 vote each to see if it makes a difference.

i'm happy to contribute something. I'll pump some sounds through the sp1200 for yall.

what i undestood from microwave battle is that everyone can start a battle, even the ones wich havent won. also,1 sp and no external things. something really quick.

sp battle is up to the winner, and also he can change the rules if he likes.

for the votes: maybe returning to one option could be better

I almost feel like we should have like an extra 12 or 24 hr poll to break a tie. Problem being that i wouldn't expect many ppl to show up within that time to re-vote, given as a community we already have a hard time everyone voting within a two-or-three day period..

Anyways, multiple votes was an attempt to avoid two and three-way ties that happened often, but as an experiment it didn't really work did it..? Back to single votes I guess.. or..

Microwave battle, like ella says is open to anyone to start up if the previous winner hasn't started it or the poll by midday pacific, Monday for the battle and Saturday for the poll.

Everyone is encouraged to upload samples of 30 seconds.. it's more fun with more sampler-food.

As a weekly battle it worked awesome for 8 weeks then it seems we ran out of steam.. but i'd be back in again if someone started SPMB#10 on monday.
