Resample Fades

when re-sampling turn on the ring mod effect
effect level down and use the d level to fade in or out... works better than the voice transformer as its smooth...

most of you probably use this, but its something i stumbled over and thought id share as i have had my fair share of help from the 505 fam!!!!

to add.. it works as a great mute all button when your rinsing beats out, just turn it all down and hit the effect when you wanna mute it all quick,... ideal if you use it live and need to drop out for your punch line...

i use to make trick like that with the isolator effect...

yeah, say you have your chops arranged in a sequence you like, you can then resample the chops in order and fade where your down beat hits to acheive a ducking effect..... also can work like a ghetto adsr type affair...

i do a sort of ducking effect alsp with the compressors, well is more a pumping effect, well known between boss/roland samplers and compressor....comp effect: kick hi volume than the rest, attack min sustain max and then you go...with vinyl comp is almost authomatic also becaus you don t have attack and sustain on 2 knobs...
