Midi sync glitching anyone?

Random weirdness is happening to my pattern chaining.... all fine until I sync up via midi to my Roland sequencer and then all these samples are firing all over the place, triggered I guess by something not of this earth. This chain had been working well till now (when I really need it)...has anyone else had an issue like this? Roland support might get back to me in a year if I'm lucky so in the mean time I thought I will ask the peeps on the frontline. Thanks in advance.
