seems like, at the end of the day, the noise kids just wanna smoke a bowl and hear some people work their machines. If theres some experimental shows going on near you I think you might be surprised how welcoming they'd be to a hip hop set or any other genre involving non-traditional formats.
currently Im hoping to corrupt more folk people. I think there is a habit to go with the form thats currently working in your community (for those focusing on getting "out there"), but when not trying to posture themselves to the standards of the hive, people can be open to new experiences.
I have hope for the new generations growing up on these samplers and whatnot. They seem to get it. Culture is what you make it, its not this rigid rulebook that it sometimes appears to be.
