Thanks! Its all about patience, for me. If draw impatiently i don't enjoy it, especially at the end when i either mess up and rip it to shreds or finish it and think it sucks. But if i take my time and focus, its really enjoyable from start to finish.

@Kel - Thanks man. It went really well. I was nervous about it but then I realized all I was doing was drinking beer with friends, talking mostly about Hip Hop, and ended up having maybe a little too much fun. Had a couple too many drinks especially considering I had to throw my paper route a few hours after. Funny thing about it is there was a picture with my art on the second page of the paper, which I failed to even notice before delivering 200 of them.
I can display my art at this restaurant all month so I'm trying to finish a few more as well as a Part 2 mix before its over. I plan on drawing comedians for the next month or two. I obsessed over these portraits since this was my first art show. Now, its time to bring my SP back into the equation! I'm using it as a reward for finishing a drawing, as opposed to drinking away the rest of the night. Today is day 5 without booze, hopefully on my way to 100 days. Not trying to quit completely. I'll always love a good beer. Damn it, I want one now! Maybe I'll...

Fuck that! Its my demon! Today is DAY FUCKING FIVE!

Anyway, here's the drawings so far, and a few shots my sister-in-law took at the show, as well as the pic in the paper.

Maybe the coolest part, i sent my drawing to Homeboy Sandman and he asked me to try to design a logo for his street team. He rightfully didn't think my first attempt captured his likeness so I photoshopped his head from the original portrait onto it and he's using it!
