Alritey y'all, here we go on round #182 of the SPBB. Real good shit on the last round. Some guidelines:
*Try to use as many of the samples as you can.
*Outside drums and bass are ok
*Little bit of outside DAW work is ok too
*Acapellas and vocal stuff is ok
*I also think if you need some extra textures, some synths and shit are cool, just don't have them dominate the tune.
*Will let this run for a week until May 20, 2015.If you need some more time, just let me know and we can work around it.
Mostly all jazz stuff, new and old, in the samples this round. We got some Alice Coltrane, Kneebody, Henry Threadgill, Jack McDuff, and because it was requested, the "For a Few Dollars More" theme to get some old west flavor for that ass.
I also put three drum breaks in the "Loops" folder. For one shots, I gotta give props to rak; I just used his one shots cause they're dope as shit. Hope that's ok homie.

The sample-pack was waayhuuuge.. drums are chopped from all three breaks and I used somotha bass from the threadgill, some horns from the Doctor and main samples from the Jack McDuff.
Plenty of variety is nice, tho i prefer a single sample If im honest... find it easier to focus and enjoy the challenge - this was all real quick,, I could probably bang out a dozen tracks with all this material; anticipating some difficult comparisons when the poll goes up..
