Here is an old free and simple PC software to explore and preview wav files.
Maybe someone will find it useful.
The 'Wave Explorer' is a friendly yet powerful tool which allows you
to easily listen/copy/move wave sounds.
Each wave is displayed as a button - just click it to play the wave!
-With the 'Search Subfolders' feature *all* the waves on a harddisk or CD-ROM will be accessible with one mouse-click!
-The 'Wave SlideShow' feature allows you to play *all* your wave files automatically!
-Can open very large wave files, while Windows' standard SndRec32.exe crashes!
