Same. Lately, though, I haven't been able to finish a beat. I have soooooo many floppys of unfinished beats.

I keep forgetting to turn off 'stereo' when recording pads so I'll end up with a whole bank of samples ready but when i go to resample i get mad.

djfx + i never record stuff (or resample to a pad), i just f*ck around live ) i could have had an album made from perfect 1st take beats... but i never record ) and when i do, it sounds horrible

Record all the time. Even to Audacity or sumting

that`s what i`m trying right now i`m going to greece for a week and i`m taking the 404 with me, i`m going to find a new workflow where i record stuff
