that's no good man. i stacked my car a few years ago, had to get another job in a coathanger factory (!) to pay the insurance excess. fucking cars....

you should have a crack at #14 though, my entry will probably only be a sketch (you're right about that uni work stacking up), but it's still good fun to take part

'back to the sp...

I really like this joint even if it wasnt a battle , you have got a really nice grasp on that sp man. Are you using a 404? I can work like this with the mv but im only on my 2nd beat on the 404 and i wish i could get patterns like this. REALLY man this isn is fire.

It's my first battle... and I'm soooo glad that you feel it, THANX;
and yes I'm using the 404.

What do you mean with "I can work like this with the mv" ?
What's a mv?

He means the Roland MV-8000 or MV-8800 machine.

Yeah i run a roland mv-8800 for my main machine and the whole setup is far from the sp but i really dont want to have the sp as just a effects and protable sampler. If this is your first battle you are doing alot of damage with this thing. I have only had it about 2 weeks now and have not had the time to spend on it as i would like as i am a engineer by day and only get to do beats in my free time. Good work to all of you on this i am impressed by what i hear.
