Where to get new pads/knobs for older SPs?

hey there, was curious where you guys get your replacement pads and knobs for the older sp models, like the 303 and 202. im starting to use the 202 more and ive had it long enough that it concerns me that i wont be albe to find new pads

I just saw an instagram photo where they stuck these knobs on a 404. Not sure about 303/202 but check it out anyway.

Also not too sure about pads. Worst case scenario you might be able to put electrical tape underneath it. But I haven't done this myself or anything.

yeah those kinds of knobs would probably be choice for a 202

how much luck do you think id have hitting up BOSS and seeing if they have any spare shit lying around?

I got the knobs for my SP-404 SX from DJ Techtools and they are very good. I recommend them, if they fit the 202 and 303 (not sure).

Wouldn't know. You can def hit up DJ tech tools customer service though if you're unsure about buying their knobs. Should be a little pop up chat that comes up after a minute on the website.

Have you tried calling Roland to see if they have any spare parts in their stock rooms? Try calling their customer service

As for knobs... Definitely go with the chroma caps. They are awesome.

are you sure you need new pads, you can fix the contacts with a few different tyepes of conductor, I used aluminum tape to fix all my pads.

The dj tech knobs do fit on the 202. The posts on the 303 are a bit taller so the knobs fit but they sit a bit hi up
