strange email asking for SP password...

Hi received his today trough bandcamp

"Yo dude, I love your stuff and I also see you on the sp forums. Mind sharing the secret password with me? "

What this means?
why not subscribe "normally?
have yoi received similair emails?

Haha... I think sp-forums was getting spammed a bunch, so any new user is required to input a "secret password" nowadays to register on the boards... similar to one of those captcha* images, but more foolproof.

I'll send you a PM with the current secret password.
