Does anybody know which frequencies specifically are being affected by the EQ #13 on the og 404 and sx?
I was thinking of running a sine wave or something through into a spectrum analyzer to figure it out. Just curious.

that would be your best bet, probably layer with some noise across the whole spectrum on a test, the highs would be easier to pinpoint with noise. it is probably the same frequencies on the isolator, with a wider Q . not shure tho, would be cool to see some data. I am currently lacking on the scientifics and sticking to the analogs right now, so Im not equipped for testing. its a good eq so you can use those settings on a soft eq.

Well, I don't have much free time and I'm all analogs too, but what I did was pump some pink noise into my 404sx and ran that into a crappy consumer eq/spectrum analyzer. With that I got is pretty much what it sounds like;
The low affects about 100hz down. Full left(cutoff) it showed a smooth hill down to from about 0db at 100 to -3db around 20hz
The mid affects around 320hz to 1k. It's a pretty steep q at the cutoff frequency which is around 600? My eq isn't very specific.
The hi affects about 4k -18k another smooth ramp. Fully to the right it's cutting 18 down to about -12db and 4k to about -1db. Full left it's boosting 4k to about 3db and 18k all the way to 12db.
Again, I'm working with really basic tools so this is a pretty rough sketch of what it's doing. I'm going to mess around further when I have time.

yo from your data this is the mid range, just gives an idea where is being affected, im shure the actual graphs and curves look different. the isolator definetly wouldnt be so 'smooth' or it would be more steep like a butterworth.

You got it. That's pretty much what it looked like. I was surprised how specific the mid was. I was trying to figure out how to use the eq on finished resamples. It really can smooth out the mids. It can make the hi end a bit brittle but it's possible to do an entire resamples method song in the box. Nice to know what the ears are hearing
