SP-404sx routing issue!

I have a routing issue that I'm hoping you guys might be able to shed some light on. I've tried looking it up, but I end up getting lost in semantics. Anyway...

Before I begin, I'll give you a brief run-down of my current setup

I have an SP-404sx, a microkorg, 2 mics and several guitars (which I plug/unplug as needed)

My problem comes into play when I want to sample something or apply the fx of the 404 with audio coming from my computer (audio interface) and into my mixer. With the way my setup is currently, anytime I hit record I get a feedback loop sent to my monitors and my 404. I know this is due to my routing, and I'm trying to pick brains as to what it is I'm doing wrong. It seems like the audio goes into my mixer, out of the 404, back into my mixer, back out to the 404 (x inf). I'm sure the solution is simple, I'm just wore out from hours of trial and error (not to mention, deafening feedback).

To recap, here's my setup:

Computer->Interface->Mixer->404->Interface->Computer (I know it's blatantly obvious why I'm getting the loop, but I think I just don't understand the outs on the mixer well enough to know what to do.

Use the aux sends to send audio to your 404. Any audio you want to send through the 404 can be sent by turning up the fx send knobs. It looks like the fx output uses a stereo jack so use a y cable (1/4 stereo jack to 2 x aux cable). You can then send the 404 outs into the mixer, so you can use the mixers eq instead of using the fx return input, but if you turn the fx send up on the 404 channel you will get feedback, which can be good for certain delay effects.
