Just a small part of my set up im experimenting with just now. Trying to learn to pitch samples by ear with the tape speed control.

Hope you don't mind me asking but what's the black box with white buttons above the tape deck ?

Yea its an oto biscuit. I just use it to crisp up drums and my final mixes are passed through it too.

Its got real analogue multi mode filter and real 8 bit ad converters.
Real nice but im thinking about getting rid of it to fund the purchase of the new oto boxes that are coming out soon..... Not sure though its an amazing piece of kit. Built like a tank

I've always wanted one of those cassette field recorders. I used one back in college many years ago and loved it. I could never find one at a decent price though.

This is where I record my stuff, it's more like a playground than a studio, but it helps me write. Had to sell my SP-404 SX during a crisis few months ago.

I'm rather ashamed to admit it, but I actually feel kind relieved. This machine really had a lot or pros (like hearing instead of watching), but in a lot of other ways, I felt slowed down by it
