DJ "Transformer effect" on sp404sx?

Post by gustavo_tre »

It is possible, to mute or pause a sample and then continue right where you left. To make a common DJ "transformer effect".
As if the gate pad is pressed and then continue where you left off
instead of starting the loop from the beginning. :?:

isolator with everything turned down, grab it with the effects grab or use remain to turn it on and off certain pads, subsonic can work as well with the knobs turned the right way

This is also useful for incoming audio too and scratching real wax. You can't do super fast strobe mutes or anything (i.e. tickling the fader with 3 or 4 fingers + thumb) but for basic transformer effect, works fine. :)
