wrong. Daft punk use talkbox plus a bit of auto tune.
you would need a synth(soft og hard) and a talkbox. the sound from the synth goes out the tube of the talkbox. then you mime/whisper all the words and it sounds like that. You can use the talkbox with a guitar too but it sounds best with synth.

I'm not gonna go arguing here on SP-forums, because half the reason I like it is its laid back style and disrupting the peace would be counterproductive, so please dont bother responding to this - I'm not going to contest your word because I really do like this place.

If I can ask one thing of you though - try recognise that sometimes there are many possible answers to a question - not always one wrong and one right.
