A utility to export patterns/samples to MIDI/SoundFont files

Hey All.

I just released some open-source code: http://tyleroderkirk.github.io/ptn2midi/

It allows you to convert a pattern from the 404SX to MIDI and SoundFont files which contain all the samples uses by the pattern.

Big thanks to ModuLR for his file format notes and jarills for the inspiration.

That's really useful ! Would it be possible to write a sequence using this then save it back to the card and have the SP read it ?

Not currently, but someone comfortable with Python could add that feature. They'd need to...

1. Decide if/how to handle the samples the pattern references
2. Find an alternative to the midiutil library - it only supports writing
3. Find acceptable values for the .BIN/.PTN file fields marked as "unknown" in the struct definitions
