CF CARD PROBLEM HELP!!

I recorded a shit ton of music on my MPC2500 with a Kingston 4g card and suddenly the card is not being recognized by either the MPC or computer. This is about 20 hours of hard work just gone!! I'm freaking out. Anybody have luck recovering files from a corrupted card? It was brand new when I got it...
