Changing bank/sound stop/upgrade

Hello sp303 fam.

Since i got the sp303 i got the problem that if i play a sound in bank A and change to bank C, the sound stops. I read in this forum that a upgrade can fix it, i already downloaded the upgraded at the boss/roland website but still i don't know how to fix this or update it.

Its just putting the file in the smartmedia? I need to do something on the sp to do the upgrade?

If anyone can help me on this it will be much appreciated.

Is there anyone with those files? I got a Mac and it seens to only work in Windows. In my friends pc i opened the .exe but it instaled another app called Drives something...

Hey Formal, i already did it... i couldn't open the file on my macbook but found how to do it. My smartcard reader was with problem too, when i got another everything went great.
