If I create samples/back tracks that my band plays over live during songs, how would I go about sending a click track to the drummer with the 404? If I pan the samples to one side and the click track to the other, how do I go about sending one side to the PA and the other to the drummer's headphones? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

there are lots of ways to do that, it really depends on your setup. Give us more info.... what is the 404 connecting into ? for example

Right now I have it passing through a Roland Juno-G just so I can send them both out through the Juno's outputs. I use it to trigger samples I create with my computer for intros and parts of songs and it would be beneficial if I could find a way to run a click track to the drummer so the timing would be spot on. The sampler can be placed back by the drummer or anywhere so thats not an issue or anything.

Thanks

ok, so u just want to go from the 404->Juno->Keys/samples to PA and click to drummer ? well... this is possible but its gonna take some workarounds and compromises. First off, you cant use the 404s click because you cant pan it. Im not sure if the juno has a click but I think its safe to say that it does...if u can pan it then just do it like u suggested. The other option would be to sample a loop of the click track into the 404. Record it as a stereo file and pan in hard and then send each side out to the needed source.
