A Resampling Question

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum, so apologies if the question has already been asked. I have searched, but I did not find it anywhere, here.
I just got a SP-404 SX, and I am still learning how to use it.
I have recorded a few patterns for some songs, but I do not know how to resample a whole pattern onto a pad.
Can you only resample if you play the samples on the fly?

.. Resampling a whole beat to a pad would mean having to play/have loops running for the duration you want . welcome

You can not resample patterns with the sp404.

- record the pattern into your computer and sample back into the 404
