Sound collage beats / ambient beats

guys plz give some advices on creating such things. how to mix all that sounds? how do you search for? should i do a sketch of a track on a daw?

slow samples add reverb and some percussions parts...
in one or two of this tracks i assume the producer slow down samples with percussion already played too but i'm not sure of this.

in this tape i hear better accuracy in brrd beats, i assume he use a daw for mix sounds, woodo wolcan sounds more hardware-sampler-based at my hears

use filters, add noise, some compression/saturation, rec on tape if you can or use similar compression.

mb i ve written my question incorrectly.

how do you layer all that sounds together? in daw its easy to change everything, but in sp its harder.

If you can do it in a DAW use your head to do it in a 404. Just think harder. Not to sound Dickish but....just think and experiment

its all about interesting textures. check out a piece of software called paulstretch and start collecting sounds

Use both. Daw and sp. best of both worlds.

this was all textural re-sampling…loads of manipulation…
