sup cartesia,
you should do a search on the forum for four tet, cuz someone asked a similar question awhile back.

there isn't anything REALLY like fourtet, but i see similarities with Alias, Dabrye, Xela, Prefuse 73 and of course, cLOUDDEAD.

for daedelus, I find a lot of other stuff on Ninja Tune to be in a similar vein, but also Thes One's lifestyle marketing album, and stuffs by galapogos4 to have a similar feel.

my two cents, mans.

^ it was quite possibly me asking the previous time about four tet hahahaha. . but was just too high to remember or something perhaps

thanks for the thoughts anyhow, I had a listen to prefuse 73 and it seems pretty cool.

prefuse has a new double album out and the 2nd disc is supposedly modern classical. i'd love to hear it...
