just copped a sp 303
hey what up guys I just copped a sp 303 yesterday for 100.00 canadian it came with a 128mb smartcard. been messing with it a bit and i like the workflow better than the sp 505 i had a few years back. wanted to know how many songs can i save on sp 303 or can i just save various sequences.

I don't think your 303 can take a 128mb SM card, but if you can get it work, then that's cool. But you could use a 128mb card in a sp505. What you need is a 32mb card(or smaller), and you're golden. I can't answer your specific questions though.

the 303 and the 505 can take 128MB SmartMedia Cards, reason why on manuals says only up to 64MB it was because at the release time of this beauties the biggest cards out there was 64MB, but I have tried both the 303 and the 505 with 128MB and works great, just take in count that the biggest the card the slower it turns... reason why I prefer to use just 32MB anyways working with LoFi samples 32MB is huge!!
