Just caught wind of Floyd the Locsmif. Dope on the mpc.
And I think i heard about porter chops on this forum. Kind of a sketch album but the beats are still hot. Like microwave beats that cut off on purpose.

strangev that Ravi is nice I grabbed it and am listening now- I have a LOT of his work and this is like a cut to the chase "best of" almost. I recognize some of the tunes. If you want to try a more traditional offering with the full arc of the music check out "in new york" album or "in London". The pieces have a long build, a slow intro w tabla, then it gets more and more intense w solos, call and response, etc. Cheers- C
