Any SP606 owners who own 505 - quick question?

OK tempted to cop a 505 but the one thing which made me send back the 606 was dead pads which could have been fixed but more problematic was how slow using wave editing was, the refreshing was really slow for me.

Now the 505 is older but I swear I read somewhere its faster than the 606 in wave editing?. Not sure how since the 606 is newer but anyone chime in?

Here is a vid I made for you, will be up in next 30min or so- the slowness does not really bother me and I rarely have to actually zoom in for zero crossings seems to work really good. I have never used a 606.

I love the 505, though I do have a list of drawbacks and last night discovered you cannot go to other banks while resampling- ouch.

ya I know right?
It is just so easy to be helpful in this day of free video editing software and broadband. Made my dad a video on juicing complete with cheesy organ samba hold music.
as for the 505, only things I guess I could say for it vs the 606 is it is portable and smaller. I ordered an external li-ion battery to power it so I could take it places like I do with my 404SX all the time.
