Not really... I don't think you need anybody approval to put good quality ish out there, music is free tho... so he can't say shit lol

If you're just selling 100 shirts or so, there shouldn't be any royalty disputes.
If you were pushing a thousand or more units, I'd worry about a lawsuit for using his likeness.
But you should stay under the radar on this one.
Just a side hustle. I get it.
