How to add Bass?


Hey what's up guys? Was wondering how you guys make bass lines with supersonic and pitch or whatever your method is that your willing to share?

If I don't have access to anything other instruments and maybe a blank sd card, I would def use the subsonic effect. Set it to completely overtake the effected sample and resample it for a few seconds. Then you could repeat and change the pitch through subsonic, use the pitch effect and also earball it, or use the chromatic pitch to get more accurate notes.

In my normal setup, I have a alesis nanobass and 25key midi piano and sample bass lines from that. Isolator and EQ can help find bass lines in samples too.
