Komplete Audio 6 Native Instruments

(OT: F**K the kitchens!!...sorry i had to say it)
Looking for an upgrade for my good old m-audio fast track pro (i need more ins) i saw that in a shop with a very low price
what do you know about that interface?
It said that it had cirrus logic ad/da converters...any good?
The ins in the back aren't volume controllable:this means that you have to put some instruments like synth/sampler etc on it with their own volume controll, or, at least, sine instruments connected to preamp or compressors etc
I have no experience with hardware made by Native Instruments, that's why i ask....also, i don't think they made great number of hardware machines, isn't it?
Have you any other suggestion for the same range of price?
I have a laptop with win7 64 bit.

i was recently doing alot of research on interfaces in the $150 to $200 range. mostly b/t the steinberg UR22, roland duo capture ex and the focusrite scarlett 2i2. i also found a lot of good write ups on the komplete 6. its a few dollars more ($230 i think) but i could not find one negative thing written about it.
the roland has the same pre's as their vs workstations and i thought it sounded really awesome. everyone is pushing that focusrite 2i2 everywhere i look but i couldn't get the scarlett or the duo capture ex inputs to stay on when my mac book was closed. only the steinberg would stay on with the laptop shut, so i went with that one.
also the steinberg's 'D-PRE' has two inverted darlington circuits per channel which prevent distortion. when pushed to the red the audio doesn't start to break apart or distort. i've heard the NI has super diesel construction, which i would say the steinberg ur22 has too. its got nice weight to it (2 pounds) and is built to be tossed around and dropped, oh and its made by yamaha. the NI might sound better though but i haven't heard it

I love my komplete audi 6 interface. you can loop audio out and back in. So you can record or sample whatever audio is playing on your computer real time. Has a nice warm analog sound too.

I have to check the roland and the focusrite.
Other ones that i found are always products of m-audio:
Fast track ultra and fast track ultra 8r. This last one i know less (is it usb or firewire?)so i'll talk about about the other.
The fast track ultra got 2ins+2xlr ins+6 ins(without volume control)=10ins...(!!)...so 10 mono ins vs 4mono ins by the komplete audio 6...and i didn't considered the s/pdif in/out....if the quality of sound of the fast track ultra is comparable to the one of the fast track pro, then it's ok for that price range...one other thing that i don't know is if the drivers are solid with win 7 64 bit, the ones for the fast track pro were ok but sometimes they bugged....

I run it with windows 7 no problem.
about the loop thing..for example sometimes ill make beats in maschine or ableton, so if im watching youtube, listening to music or any kind of audio being played on my computer i can monitor it in the daw and sample it too. so the computers audio goes out from the back of the interface right back into the front of the interface.

I checked the focusrite 2i2, it has only 2ins, that's not what i'm searching for...now let me check those other two...

I have a komplete 6 too with win7 64BITS and no problem: it s a good interface (you must desactivate the ACPI battery control in the devices gestionnary to avoid some latency).

The fast track ultra and the ultra r8 are very tempting. Other ones are the focusrite scarlet as some of you said, expecially the 18i6, but maybe they're a bit overpriced.
So since i don't find better offers with the m-audio ones i'll maybe go with the komplete.
