Hey everybody wondering if any of you have used a sp through a battery powered amplifier. I'm looking for a amplifier thats got a recharable battery that i could plug my sp404 into and perform on the street. I don't need the loudest amplifier in the world, but there are a lot out there. Wasn't sure if anyone here could help. Any feedback is appreciated.
peace

The Roland cube is pretty much the best compact amp. I recommend getting an amplifier meant for bass guitar, they tend to handle lows much better than a guitar amp. And any bass amp can replicate highs just fine.

Keyboard amps are the best for samplers.

thx for the suggestions. I think i might go with one of the crate taxi series. Saw a cool video of Damu the fudgeunk rockin out with one. It sounded phat. Any of you ever use/hear one before?

I have ION Block Rocker and I'm happy with it.
