Re: Sp 404 questions
I don't think the og404 can easily copy pads, only the sx. I think you may be able to use the pattern copy workaround to backup and copy samples too, but I'm not sure. Getting samples onto your pc is simple as plugging in the card, browsing to the samples folder, and dragging them
Re: Sp 404 questions
To get sounds from the SP to the mem card so you can use the WAV files on your PC you need to export within the machine.
cancel+resample, then resample again to export, then the flashing pads are ones you can export, you CAN'T export patterns, only pads, so rip the beat into one pad somehow, then export it and you should have a wav file at the top of the file directory in the card folder.
No real easy way to copy sounds besides using resample.

Re: Sp 404 questions
yea you have to export the sounds you choose on to the memory card and put them in the computer later

Re: Sp 404 questions
Guys, I'd like to know if the programmed patterns are saved to a memory card?
E.g. I have a half of my songs on one card and another half - on another. Songs consist of patterns (maybe long ones) consisting of samples recorded on a card. Will each card have its own patterns the same way it contains samples? Or are patterns saved on 404, and in case of changing cards it will start play smth strange?
