Playing SP-404SX's samples with the external MIDI sequencer

Hello guys!

I got the problem. When I play 5-6 samples-loops simultaneously, using the external MIDI sequencer, there's a little delay between these samples. They are not perfectly in time. It's like the samples start to play not at one moment of time, but with a little time shift. As a MIDI sequencer I use an iPad with iRig MIDI. I tried different software - Genome, Cubasis - it's this annoying delay everywhere.

Could you help me with this? It's really irritating...

I had that similar problem when i had a 404.i use it with a tascam dp01fx, it didn't play in time, but in my case it was a sync problem with patterns, i didn't play samples. I couldn't solve this problem. Maybe do a searvh on the 404 dedicated section....

Thanks for reply, Ellaguru. I've made a topic there as well. I wanted to play songs live, constructing them from samples using the external sequencer. So this issue makes me sad. It's what I bought it for.

I remeber there were a youtube video by elhuana demostrating the 404 drove by tge yamaha qy70 sequencer. Search for it, maybe it could helps.
