It's cool man, I just realized that I shouldn't be giving any advice on how to make music.

@squ!L: i tested your tips and i test with new cables and it's the same problem : 1 channel is more punchy and louder than the other .
@CULP: it's not only a volume problem, it's the sound texture who's different between the channels so i can't unite.

when i sample a sound in my sp , it change directly (and it's affect the 2 outs)...so i think my sp have a problem...

thanks to everyone for your help :(

i have the same pbm on the 202 , but no problem whit the koassilator or the microkorg : very strange...

On the Korg stuff, are you using same cables? If not, it's your audio card.

Let's look at this and eliminate things...

Likely, the korg stuff has 1/4" pairs for stereo. And you'll plug them right into your sound card. This works fine.

SP units have RCA out so you have RCA to 1/4". Right there, you're using a different cable to plug to your input. This is what has changed and the same results happen between two different samplers using these cables.

NOW let's say you had trouble with them all, it would be your audio device since the cables and the gear was changed. In this case, the cables were changed which lead to the difference.

BUT if your audio card has RCA in ALONG WITH 1/4" in, well, then your audio card could still be the culprit, especially if you swapped out RCA cables. If you did that, then your audio card is the problem and try using RCA->1/4" cables since those inputs are known to work.

It's just a process of elimination to figure out what's misbehaving.

I tried with differents cables (new cables) and there is the problem ! (I don't have a rca input on my soundcard, only 1/4)

When i listen my voice with the sp mic (with headphones connected to sp bottom out) i have this problem, so i think it's realy a SP problem.

DOES SOMEBODY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM ?
