When you launch a new title, you can pay another company to get you a ton of installs so your numbers skyrocket in the itunes store and your game hits the top of the charts. They have this thing called organic installs which is any install from an actual person. Most companies that do boosting will see, within the first week, lets say, 50 organic installs and like 3000 boosted installs. Kind of a funny choice of words. Boost! Urban dictionary might define it as theft.
Didnt know people did this for fucking facebook likes and youtube views. Fuck! Social networking has only done one thing in my opinion and thats given a forum for the most egotistical, arrogant psychopaths on the internet.

NOT TALKING ABOUT THIS FORUM IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM.

Hey, ml, start telling all your girlfriends that producing isn't a man's game. It's a PEOPLE'S GAME!
:)

Nah, it shouldn't matter if music is made by a man or woman. It's the music that should count right?

First it's her boobs, THEN it's her work and it's because of the medium being dominated (well, I wouldn't say dominated personally, I would say populated) by mostly men.

Of course, this conversation would open cans of societal pressures on the roles of men and women and we shouldn't be soiling a new member's thread with that. ;)

LMAO! hahah crazy. That's how it goes.

I apologize, I assumed and look silly now. There was a really talented lady DJ on here named Vivi back in the day, if you search the name on here you might find some of her stuff...although the search on here sucks, I've had trouble finding topics I've started and know the title of using the search. I should teach my fiance to make beats since I forgot and just started re-learning on a 404sx. 404sx was different enough from my 303 that it just confused my workflow for a couple weeks but I see now that Roland solved most of my issues with the 303.

Yeah, I remember Vivi (pronounced 'Bee-Bee'), she was the most coolest female producer I ever met and she had a set-up almost like mine with the MV8000 and SP404, but mine was MV8800 and SP303. I always thought of her as my musical soulmate :D
