ISSUES WITH LABELS

Back in January I ordered a cassette and never received it. I will not mention the name as I am giving them 3 more days to adress the issue. I'm just wondering if people have had any issues with getting product from any labels. I try to support independent labels but if they're going to do business like this, they can keep it.

Most of them are like that. They take like 10 weeks to get it to you. RZA had a $90 package for the Man With Iron Fists movie with the movie soundtrack on CD, vinyl pressings of 80 classic funk and soul songs he sampled in his career and posters. That was back in November and no one received anything yet, only the cats that ordered the soundtrack solo got theirs. My boy just put a claim out and he is getting a refund.

well 10thirty label on point. lol all the orders we have get there pretty quick in the states. but overseas is a lil longer. a few times the person wrote the wrong address, but luckily they lived in SF. So for the delay got them in a show free plus had there package with additional cd's in there. It's gotta be quality for ppl supporting in all around. Cold thing that label u ordered from probably has a whole staff, and still not effective.

If you ever go to buy a selection of random music by a label you already own a bunch of stuff by, make sure that they don't send you doubles or anything you already own. I just learned that the hard way.

The remainder of tapes available on releases will be sold off until they are gone. I appreciate the support that everyone has shown for our dabble in the tape game, however it is just not worth it.

I ordered my tape back in Early January. I emailed Chris at the label. He said he would look into it but NEVER responded. I just want to warn other consumers out there. Who knows how many people they've done this to!?
