Recording different Tracks from the SP to the PC

Post by fides40 »

Hi Everybody, I'm new here. I really would like to know if there is a way to record my drums, basslines and samples from the SP to the PC through different specific tracks in a daw (suppose Cubase) as if i am making an ordinary beat and recording maybe first the sample then the drums and then other stuff. Obviously i think that this maybe interesting to many other people although I hope there are no other topics like this (unfortunately i have not found yet, maybe i have not seen well, so please be compassionate XDD).

So, is it there a way to make it work withouth recording and overlapping each new track with the preavious one and also (eventualy) the metronome??? Thanks alot For the incoming Answers. Peace and Love Much Respect for all ya and all your work. Peace!! :D

Just add new tracks to record to in your DAW.
So drums on one, sample chops on another, or any other way you want to split up your tracks.
