Definitely a certain era or sub genre. i think itd be easier to please most people with just those parameters rather than a specific artist or label. Who knows tho

Gotta say that my Youtube suggestion wasn't just sampling jazz, but any video where some plays their own instrument or sings their own song. Dig up & flip little random videos by DIY musos, teachers or old maestros. Not mainstream shit or commonly sampled stuff. Flip shit like these or this.
