Hello all,

I just ordered my first 404 and it's on it's way and I wanted to know about using a synth( possibly a microkorg) with the 404..

Could I plug and record synth sounds directly into the 404 onto the pads? if so what cables and whatnot do I need to achieve this?

No, the minibrute is mono so you will need the kind of cable i posted but only use one side.

If you have a mixer with a SUB output, you could use that for recording your instruments.
Btw, you're gonna love the microkorg

The quality is exactly the same as far as I'm concerned. I use both methods and I think it sounds great either way.
