Transferring samples from 404 to 555

Is there any possible way to transfer samples from the 404 to the 555? I loaded all of the samples on to my computer, formatted the card to the 555 and it seems like they both save in the same .SPD but my 555 won't read any of the samples. Has anyone done this before?

you might have to export all the samples to wav (can the 404 do that?) so they are in that format first, then transfer to PC, then load on SP555 using the .wav load procedure.
