applying effects and keeping same length

I have a beat that I multi-tracked into Ableton, setup like this...

kicks=track1
snares=track2
closed hats=track3
open hats=track4
bass=track5
sample=track6
=The entire song turns out to be (2:17.546) long.

I want to send these tracks out 1-by-1, to my Sp 303 and pick up an effect such as distortion, compression, etc. and then record the wet signal from the Sp 303 back into Ableton.

I know how to do this part, but my problem is getting everything lined back up perfectly and at the same length again.

if you can export all those parts separately to wave files then somehow migrate those onto the memory card. If you have to record them then it might get weird cause nothing is ever precise.
