Finally Exporting my Track SP-404

Hello all!

I've got a medium noob question here. I usually don't use the sequencer on my 404, but I am today, and would like to know if there's a difference in quality depending on what kind of cords I use...My USB interface is an M-Audio ProFire610, and I have a Belkin 1/8-1/8 with 1/8-1/4 converters for each going from the headphone slot of the SP to one of my inputs into my mac.

The quality is not the same, but I do know that the sound coming into my mac is worse than what the profire 610 can handle....

any idea? thank you!

I 've got the same setup: 404, mac, profire 610... I bought a cable which got 2xrca on one side (for a 404 stereo out) and 2 big (1/8) audio plugs on the other side for the 610 input. So i can record in stereo with really good quality, if i want to.
