Yeah sounds like all you guys have experienced a lot in your lives!
I think I do have a pretty sensible outlook, I've never planned on "making it big" by any stretch of the imagination, but my point was I'd just really like to make money doing something I enjoy doing, thats my goal in life, that would feel like a success to me. There's nothin in life I'd regret more than having worked in an office for 30 years and never having known anything else.
But it's real tough even to do that alone! So I guess I was just feeling kinda defeated last night, but it was just the way I was thinking.
I think I'm just in a "slow" phase right now, this past year I've moved back home after living in a few different places and having a much more exciting time. I just need to build up some money to get outta here again! And then it'll be different.

Yo Detail, that was some wisdom right there. And Paul you gonna do what you want. Your already thinking of the solution because you've fully adressed the problem. I come from a family who owned thier own business, well my father anyway. He did EVERYTHING he set out to do, and I swear that cat still acts bitter. But anyway, like stated you can do all the "right things" or "wrong things". But the most important thing is, is it "Your Things" ? Your choices. Only doing the things that make you happy an that is SUCCESS, not MTV CRIBS, but living life on your own terms. To quote Dr. OoP of of that from Arts Unknown album by KanKick. " Good food, good women, good weed, good music, and livin life the way I choos it, Those are the finer things in life to me".... Yall cats mad inspiring Peace Duss.

Yeah, I wan this shit to sound a good as possible. If it turns out real nice I was thinking we can sell copies on the site and all the profits will go to benefit the producers here. Like if it did really well and we made another that also sold well, then we could possibly have money to buy plane tickets and stuff so we can meet up and make more music or maybe help someone here if they can't pay rent or something. Will see how it unfolds, this would be the ideal though so that people can focus on their music and what makes them happy.
^ Thats whats up. I can't wait for the mixtape, people will like that shit.
I agree that you always gotta be progressing, especially when money is low. I'm in my last semester of college so I got enough to read, but I also try to play chess every day and play basketball or racquetball. I just gotta stop drinking so much.

Duss thanks for that, that means a lot, that's exactly what I'm talkin about.
Olerud, the demon drink! Guinness is my only vice, anything else I can take or leave; don't do regular drugs, nothing like that, not even much of a drinker otherwise, I just drink Guinness like a motherfucker. I love it lol

I don't know about chewy!
Smooth, creamy. Shit I could drink it all day. Some ppl say it's like eating a meal or whatever, but it never feels that heavy to me for some reason, I always find beer and lager feel heavier, I hate them, I can drink them, but never more than one or two, they taste disgusting as well, in my opinion.

I like all types of beer since we have a large variety of local and imported brew here in the Bay, but I can also drink a lot more Guinness than any other beer. I drink 'em fast 'cause they are so delicious. Is it just me or does anyone else like the draught can more than the bottle version, normally I like glass for everything but it just doesn't come out quite the same to me with Guinness.
