Faking a 'pre-delay' on Reverb

If you've used any other reverbs worth their weight, you'll see most have a pre-delay setting which basically is a quick offset of when the reverb starts processing from the time the audio enters the effect. To put it another way, it's a

This is easily faked on SP's. Take your audio you want to have a predelay the copy it to another pad. For one of the pads, turn on reverb, and adjust the right knob all the way to the right. Adjust the volume of the reverb'd pad down to taste. Now play both pads but play the reverb'd pad after the clean sounding pad. You can delay as long as you want, something you can't do with real reverb pre-delay settings, which only go up to about 100ms!

another way to do it is after you've resampled the reverb, apply a delay to the reverb pad but not the actual sound pad. feedback 0, delay time short. Now you can hit them both at exactly the same time, but have the reverb delayed.
