Hi guys,
Got new SP-404SX. The CD seems fine when I look at it, but when I put it into the laptop it won't browse. The machine just can't read it.
So curious what "utilities" are on the CD? Is it worth losing the time to contact the tech support?
I already downloaded from the Roland website the sample "convertor" (pretty useless program to me, as I can do it myself and it does not convert anything at all) and the new firmware 1.07 which I successfully upgraded. I have the paper manuals so... is there any other software which is on the CD and I am missing?
Thanks!
What's on the SP-404SX CD?

LOL. I've never even put mine in the PC.
I think it just has the converter, digital version of the manual and the software to put samples onto the sd card from PC.
All of which can be downloaded from their website anyway!
