Wow, good call on paprika. A head trip but so beautiful to look at. The weirdest movies I can think of that I'd also recommend are Forbidden Zone and Dogtooth. Forbidden Zone is just straight up bizarre, and Dogtooth was actually up for an Oscar two years ago, which is hard to believe considering how graphic it is. It'll stay with you for a minute.

I've been lent both these films recently, looking forward to checking them out when I get some time.

Some great ones already here, I'll throw a few more on..

Antichrist
Imprint
Inland Empire
A Boy and his Dog
Zardoz
The Machine Girl
Last House on Dead End Street
Modus Operandi
Brazil

For older foreign weirdness/horror besides Fulci sometimes Jean Rollins and Paul Naschy stuff is good (used some Naschy samples on halloween album)

I recommend the following movies:

-Holy Mountain (Kinda smacks you in the face repeatedly with it's message but still interesting)
-Tokyo Fist (it's Rocky on acid)
-Mind Game (oddball anime about a guy who cheats death and ends up stuck in a whale...very artsy shit here, but entertaining)
-Street Trash (80's shock horror movie about bum fights...but with a wrench thrown in the spokes in the form of cheap booze that melts anyone who drinks it...severed penis keep-away, necrophelia and a guy flushing himself down a toilet are some of the things in store in this dark comedy)
-Doom Generation (one of those movies that seems like it's made just to make you go 'why was this movie made?!')
-Primer (chin stroking sci-fi flick about a couple of guys who accidentally discover time travel and start going behind each other's backs to use the machine...trouble ensues)
-Religulous (Bill Mahar hosts this documentary about religion including humorous interviews with various people ranging from clergy members to truck stop chapel attendees)
-Bug (film adaptation of a stage play about a woman who inherits the paranoia of someone she starts hanging out with)
-Spun (random series of events told from the point of view of a guy on meth who hasn't slept in days)
-etc. etc.

These are flicks that are off the beaten path I've seen that I can think of right now...I'll probably chime in again when I remember more.

edit: Thought of a few more:

-Martin (guy thinks he's a vampire but he doesn't have teeth or any of the other super powers he just thinks he needs human blood so he does what he has to...)
-WestWorld (kinda famous movie, but not mentioned much these days...think Terminator crossed with Jurrassic Park and predates Terminator by about a decade)
-The Dead Zone (Christopher Walken gains psychic perception via touch after a car wreck and subsequent coma which reveals to him a future only he can prevent)
-2 Days In The Valley (Terantino-esque crime drama...good shit)
-Bruiser (a timid pushover gains power of vengeance to slay those who have used him via a mask that may or may not be stuck on his face)
-Valhalla Rising (adventures of the undefeatable man and a kid who won't stay away from him, by same director as Drive)
-American Pop (interesting look at the title subject through various abstract animation by Ralph Bakshi)
-Street Fight/Coonskin (another Bakshi flick about urban youth in the late 60's, early 70's)
-Crimewave (early movie by Sam Raimi, a crime comedy)
-Rape Squad (group of chicks form a bond by all being raped by same weirdo and ignored by the cops and go after the offender and anyone else who gets in their way)
-Goon (movie about a guy who was only recruited into pro hockey to beat the shit out of other players)
etc. etc.
