i'm a huge beat em up fan but somehow the smash bros series never got me... nevertheless i'd love to catch a round with you kel!
Either Marth or Link for me. i'm on that classic 2D-beat-em-up trip... Samurai Showdown or any classic Capcom/SNK/NeoGeo is what I call a beat em up but to each is own; my bro loved smash bros as well... i recently downloaded the smash bros brawl soundtrack and honestly i doubt those sounds will make a good tourney... all epic themes with classic instrumentation only... i'm down to host another tourney in the new year but u sure you want to do the brawl thing? i'd suggest let's do our own brawl; each participant is submitting 2-3 of their favourite video game tracks... classic one on one / either 16 or 8 participants / samples and opponents by random selection...
if we got more then 8 participants and less then 16 i'd suggest a qualify pre-round for the 8 tourney slots....

decide for a theme and i'll shwip it up!

I love Smash. I also used to play til the sun came up with my friends back in the youngin days. Haven't been playing much lately but I have enough hours on that game that I'm still pretty good. In Brawl I use pretty much anyone but my favorites are Peach, Jiggly, and Cpt Falcon.

I'll pm you when I'm back home and we can do some online battles.

The idea of a Tourney sounds badass and I've never participated in one so I don't really know how it goes down. Totally up for it though, and I know theres at least SOME good stuff in the Smash soundtracks.
