MAAAAAAN I aint having much luck with this track. Could be one of 2 reasons, either 1:its because I'm not overly keen on chiptune sounding stuff or 2:I have figured out the reason why I want to throw my sp at the wall every time I come to make a track, with the beat battles you have one track to work with whereas with the freeness of this, you have to fit other stuff together. Oh well, keep at it aye, in the meantime here's a few bits I sampled so far for anyone that wants to use them.

Ya, im in that loop too but im plowing through. Take a listen to those first 2 tapes and get a bit of an idea of what you could do to the samples. We all here to learn. Im gonna blow through tho with some bionic commando shit. So many dope tracks on that game. Getting my druns to sound right with the samples are the hard part for me. Ive been crushing em and canceling em then eqing em back up to dump and snap.

yeah I have one started, but then deleted all my patterns upon hearing the next day blech....got my drums pretty crunchy and chopped but having trouble figured out the direction with my vg samples, so many things to try but then you got tempo/pitch differences that are tricky with an SP hehe.....

Will have something in the next week though.
