Hi guys
Last night i saw a film documentary about "vendor shouter" of cows(i don't know how to call them precisely). They makes every year a "battle" with a mic and they got a mad iper rapid flow (sometimes i saw where people like Doseone takes inspiration, if you know what i mean). I remember once that Buck 65 talked about taking inspiration from market like that. Could you help me find news/films etc about this sort of people? I remember that the state in wich they do this battle is where a strong amish community is in (in contrast wiht this capitalistic market/battle ahah)...
Thanks

Hey Ella, perhaps you're talking about auctioneers?

Ahah ehi Kel is really something like that! I could listen their flow for hours. The fact that i don't understand half word makes me going in a sort of trance.
What the hell they saying?!
ot
I make a consideration: to me is a like a religious chant/half spoken like on temple/churces but from a capitalistic point of view (the market): so it's like a capitalistic prayer?

My family used to go to alot of auctions, but they weren't selling cows. More like furniture or unclaimed junk, like storage wars as plexxsounds said.

I think once read an interview of Buck 65 in wich he told how he was influenced by those storage wars for his way of half sing/half rap flow

It's all right, I kind of thought that might be the case but at first I was wondering who's playing some silly games with me :)

Yes Twista used to rap fast back in the day - he was known as Tongue Twista
in the early 90's.
