What up fam, whatisjoe is one of my really good friends, also a dope drummer, and he's basically wondering what a lot of you have been listening to lately.

Get on bandcamp.com and search for MAW. He does his own beats and album covers which is like japanese water colors and of pandas and tigers. His music is kinda like Madlib but MAW puts the drumkit to work and bangs away.

Yoooo had to chime in 'cause my bandcamp link tracker displayed a hit from here. BIG PROPS for all y'all supporting my music. Glad to hear it works. It's dope to see it proliferate like that. And I apologize for barging in on a random thread like this - I do browse the community from time to time but have been reluctant to join and post since I don't actually use an SP.

On the albums though - I don't do the cover art myself. Rather, my partner Esupe does. She's real nice with it, and you can find more of her work on here: http://essu.deviantart.com/

Here's the newest stuff I've put together. I've progressed quite a bit from the Panda series of albums :)
Check it out: http://mawone.bandcamp.com/album/flow-fragments

And on the topic at hand, whatisjoe you should look up Scruffnuk Dust. His work might be right up your alley, judging from the ones you mentioned.

Scruffneck is a member here too :D

You don't need an SP to join but support them, they are very underrated. Bring the heat rocks and we'll inhale that shit 9mean.
